Supervision Is Where You Learn to Think More Clearly as a Therapist

A monthly space to think clearly, reflect deeply, and grow clinically.

You start to see more clearly what is happening with your patient, and what is happening inside you.

You learn to notice your feelings during sessions, understand them, and use them in a helpful way instead of pushing them away.

In supervision, you are not alone.
A supervisor gives you another point of view to help you step back, think more clearly, and protect the therapy work.

Supervision supports good and ethical practice, especially in difficult or sensitive cases.

Over time, you listen better, think more clearly, and feel more confident in your work.

Testimonials That Say It All

As therapists, we should always continue working on ourselves, regardless of our level of experience or knowledge. Through supervision with Dr. Alyne, we truly experience this ongoing process. What makes this supervision unique is its diversity. She supervises across analytical, CBT, psycho-organic, psychodynamic approaches, and more. Being exposed to one another’s perspectives and techniques makes the experience especially rich and valuable.

What is most important in these supervision sessions is that ethics are always prioritized. We learn how to keep our practice ethical and neutral, even when sharing confidential cases. Through challenging situations, we learn from one another and deepen our understanding of how to work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We discover new approaches and ways of building trust with our patients, while also learning more about ourselves and our emotions within the therapeutic process.
