I am a licensed clinical psychologist trained in third-wave cognitive and behavioral approaches. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing psychological difficulties linked to personal, relational, professional, and educational challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, mood-related concerns, questions of identity or sexual orientation, and difficulties in intimate, familial, or professional relationships.
My clinical experience spans humanitarian and community-based mental health settings, with a particular focus on crisis intervention and suicide prevention. I provide a therapeutic space that encourages exploration, self-awareness, and emotional growth, while remaining attentive to each person’s cultural and contextual background.
By integrating evidence-based techniques with a compassionate and collaborative approach, I support individuals in uncovering patterns that may be holding them back, developing effective coping strategies, and working toward meaningful personal change.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, I am committed to offering culturally sensitive care and walking alongside each person on their path to healing and self-discovery.
