Micheline Bardawil

I am Micheline Bardawil, holding a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist accredited by the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), I am a member of both the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (LOPSY) and the Lebanese Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy (ALTCC).

My professional journey includes certifications in Analytical Systemic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness- Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Family Coaching. I am committed to continuous learning in analytical psychotherapy to enhance my skills further in restoring mental health for those seeking therapy.

With over five years of experience in diverse settings, including clinical and psychiatric hospitals, I am adept at providing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My expertise covers treating mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I have also led Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) sessions for adults, focusing on reducing stress and anxiety while fostering positive emotional states and improved self-awareness.

My current therapeutic focus leans towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an effective approach for various mental and emotional health challenges. The aim is to help clients change unhealthy thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors, and to equip them with practical self-help strategies for immediate positive life impacts.

I am dedicated to listening, understanding, and contributing to the well-being of my clients. For me, psychology is not just a profession but a commitment to offer hope and support, enabling those who seek help to overcome their challenges and progress towards their aspirations and dreams.
