I am Dr. Elie Bou Mefleh, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist accredited by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and a member of the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (LOPsy). For more than eight years, I have been providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples, helping individuals navigate a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges.
My therapeutic approach integrates Analytical Systemic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. I also specialize in couple therapy, supporting partners in improving communication, strengthening relationships, and navigating conflict in a constructive way.
Alongside psychotherapy, I provide psychological and cognitive assessments and have developed particular expertise in occupational psychology and career guidance. I have worked extensively with high school students exploring educational and career pathways, as well as employees facing workplace-related challenges, career transitions, and professional stress.
My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to achieve lasting psychological wellbeing and personal growth. I offer in-person consultations in Jdeideh and Badaro, as well as online sessions for greater accessibility and flexibility.
