I am Dany Matta, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist accredited by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), and a member of the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (LOPsy) as well as the Lebanese Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (ALTCC). I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Adjustment from the Lebanese University and am currently pursuing a PhD in Adaptability.
My clinical work is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and modify unhelpful patterns of thinking in order to improve emotional wellbeing and promote healthier behaviors. I value a practical and collaborative therapeutic process that supports clients in achieving meaningful and lasting change.
Over the past six years of clinical practice, I have remained committed to a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs, goals, and pace. My objective is to provide a respectful, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can build on their strengths, adapt to life’s challenges, and work toward the goals that matter most to them.
