Sabine Sader

I am Sabine Sader, holding a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist accredited by the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), I am also a member of the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (LOPSY).

My professional journey includes certifications in psycho analysis training with espace analytique Liban, as well as training in “clinique du couple” and “espace bebe enfants” with espace analytique France.

I have an extensive experience working with children, focusing on emotional expression, self-regulation, relationships and attachment, anxiety, and coping skills.

I also work with teenagers on areas such as self-concept, emotional regulation, mental health, impulse control, family dynamics, social pressure, school motivation, and social skills.

In addition, I have conducted more than 50 workshops for children centered on emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and understanding and expressing emotions.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate space where individuals feel heard, respected, and free from judgment. My goal is to help each person navigate challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful personal growth and lasting healing.
